    ein paar monate im jahr. Barfuß gehen kann schon ab 10°C angenehm und gesund sein, so lange wir aktiv sind, und kinder haben einen besonderen bewegungsdrang, wenn wir sie nur lassen. Leider sind viele eltern überängstlich und glauben selbst im hochsommer an erkältung und blasenprobleme. Dabei ist die einzige wirkliche gefahr im sommer die der verletzung an scherben, dornen, disteln und bienen, die sollte aber auch nicht übertrieben werden, auch junge kinder lernen schnell, darauf zu achten, wo sie hintreten.
